Your voice matters at The Hollies Surgery
Our Patient Participation Group brings patients, carers and practice staff together to share ideas and help improve the care and services we provide.
Whether you have a suggestion, want to share your experience or would simply like to get more involved, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Working together for better care
Our PPG helps us understand what matters to our patients. Together, we discuss:
- Access to appointments and contacting the practice.
- Prescription services and online services.
- Patient experience, communication and accessibility.
- Health information and community activities.
- Practical ideas for improving the surgery.
The group provides a valuable patient perspective and helps us identify changes that could benefit our whole practice community.
